Step by step
- Open the Fill & Sign tool. Go to the Fill & Sign PDF page and add your PDF.
- Add a text box. Click Add text, then start typing. Drag the box onto the line or field where it belongs, and use A− / A+ to match the size of the surrounding text.
- Repeat for each field. Add a text box for every answer — name, date, address, and so on.
- Add your signature. Click Add signature, draw it with your mouse or finger, then place and resize it where it needs to go.
- Download. Click Download PDF and your filled, signed document is saved with everything baked in.

Tips
- Zoom in to line things up. Position text boxes carefully over the lines so the result looks neat when printed.
